We are seeking a Sales Representative for the Southwestern region of the US, who will be responsible for growing market share by professionally selling, servicing and providing training on products pertaining to fall protection and safety at height programs to commercial, industrial, and construction market verticals.
Candidate should be reasonably comfortable with height and climbing ladders. The physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs on occasion may also be required.
Establish new business relationships and support existing business relationships.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with end user.
Conduct seminars and training sessions for end users.
Responsible for attending and assisting at local, regional and national trade shows.
Travel regularly throughout territory to achieve sales and marketing goals.
Maintain records and provide required documentation in appropriate company format.
Ensure company owned property is maintained.
Min three years outside sales experience, experience in serving construction industry and ability to read and understand construction technical documentation a plus

Business-like, professional appearance
Must own transportation (late model vehicle) for business purposes
Must be willing to travel around specified territory
Must be able to see, hear and communicate effectively in oral and written form
Bachelor’s degree or in lieu of a minimum of 5 years of customer facing outside sales experience.
Safety and/or Construction sales experience. Experience in education and/ or knowledge of occupational health and safety disciplines.
